1. Who we are

SchemaForAI (“we”, “us”, “the site”) is a free web tool at schemaforai.app that generates JSON-LD structured data markup. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. What the service provides

SchemaForAI lets you:

• Generate JSON-LD schema markup for 10 schema types entirely in your browser.
• Validate existing schema markup against Schema.org rules.
• Use AI-powered features (AI Readiness Score, AI Simulator) that send your schema to our API for analysis by Anthropic's Claude.
• Access free educational content about schema markup and AI search.

The service is provided free of charge and without registration. We reserve the right to add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may use SchemaForAI for any lawful purpose. You may not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to make bulk requests to our API endpoints (AI Score and AI Simulator) in a way that circumvents the rate limits.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
• Submit content to our AI features that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy (including illegal content, content designed to cause harm, etc.).
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it for other users.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses that abuse the service.

4. Your content and generated output

The schema markup generated by SchemaForAI belongs to you. We claim no ownership over JSON-LD output produced by the tool.

You are responsible for the content you enter into the generators. Do not input personal data, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive information — particularly when using the AI features, as your schema content is sent to Anthropic's API.

5. AI features — accuracy disclaimer

The AI Readiness Score and AI Simulator use a large language model (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your schema and generate responses. These are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

• Scores and suggestions are the model's best judgment, not a guarantee of how any specific AI search engine will treat your content.
• Simulated AI responses do not represent actual outputs from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, or any other AI system.
• AI search engine behavior changes frequently. What works today may not work tomorrow.

Use the AI features as a directional guide, not a guarantee of results.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

SchemaForAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The generated schema will produce specific results in Google, Bing, or any AI search engine.
• The schema output will meet the requirements of any specific platform, CMS, or validator other than the standards documented on Schema.org.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SchemaForAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of rankings, or any damages resulting from schema markup you implement on your website based on output from this tool.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party resources (Schema.org documentation, Google's Rich Results Test, platform install guides, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites. Links are provided for convenience only.

Display ads on the site are served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of ads shown by Google's advertising systems.

9. Intellectual property

The SchemaForAI name, logo, site design, educational content, and blog posts are our property. The JSON-LD output the tool generates is yours — do whatever you like with it. The tool itself (code, UI, infrastructure) is not open source and may not be reproduced or re-hosted without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved informally first — please contact us before pursuing legal action. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll note significant changes in our blog.
